A boom mounted on an undercarriage atop four rubber tires that is designed for off-road pick-and-carry operations. Outriggers are used to level and stabilize the crane for hoisting.
Rough-Terrain Crane NC III
Is a national qualification certifying that a person is competent to be a ROUGH-TERRAIN CRANE OPERATOR. Before one is issued an NC III Certificate, a person needs to undergo a training to gain the competencies required, after which, such person is assessed according to TESDA standards.
