Driving Articulated Vehicle NC III

Is a national qualification certifying that a person is competent to be a ARTICULATED VEHICLE OPERATOR. Before one is issued an NC III Certificate, a person needs to undergo a training to gain the competencies required, after which, such person is assessed according to TESDA standards.
